As they continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead large‑scale office fit‑out projects from concept to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex office fit‑out projects, typically ranging from £5M to £50M+. You'll manage cross‑functional teams, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure that every aspect of the project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale office fit‑out projects, from pre‑construction through to handover.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and accountability.
• Coordinate design development with internal teams and external consultants.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
• Drive project reporting, risk management and quality assurance processes.

What My Client Is Looking For

• Proven experience managing large‑scale commercial fit‑out projects (£5M+)
• Strong background in Design & Build contracting, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations and CDM requirements.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card) and First Aid certifications preferred.
