One of the most trusted large format suppliers in the South East is expanding its team. A new website is under development as part of growth plans.

This company specializes in project handling, managing jobs from concept to production and after-care.

They seek an expert in large format printed projects and graphic installations, from brand implementation to ongoing image management.

You should be creative in developing solutions tailored to individual customer needs.

The Project Manager role requires excellent teamwork skills. You will work closely with clients, building trust and transparency. A deep understanding of branding and maintaining its impact and integrity is essential. You must handle and resolve client escalation issues.

Your main goal is delivering customer service based on measurable KPIs and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on current and upcoming projects, developing plans to complete projects within deadlines and quality standards.

• Accurately interpret and develop client briefs to optimize production.

• Coordinate between clients and the operations director to ensure correct execution.

• Represent the company professionally, building relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

• Visit clients’ sites mainly in the South East, with occasional nationwide travel.
