An exciting opportunity for an experienced Aviation, Project Manager to join AmcoGiffen in the Aviation business unit supporting our growing portfolio of projects and maintenance on a number of key frameworks and major schemes at various Airports throughout the UK.
AmcoGiffen Aviation is delivering a range of high-profile civil engineering schemes across UK airports, including strategic frameworks and major infrastructure upgrades. As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Birmingham-based Aviation team, supporting key civils projects at Birmingham Airport.
Working within our Aviation team, you will lead the team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all construction operations and ensuring all works are fully compliant with AmcoGiffen and the client’s procedures, standards and requirements. You will ensure line management is aware of any technical problems at the soonest opportunity and will be proactive in assisting to resolve such problems in a timely manner.
As Project Manager you will be directly responsible for the daily management of various civil engineering projects in the Aviation sector associated with airside maintenance, specifically dedicated to a portfolio of maintenance and project works at Birmingham Airport.
You will be responsible for leading successful contract delivery, by ensuring that the site team are fully appraised of the contract parameters and have the capability and resources necessary to achieve contract objectives.
To excel in this role, you will have previous experience as Project Manager working on Aviation, airside civil engineering infrastructure projects, maintenance and frameworks.
You will be joining a reputable and firmly established, engineering contractor operating nationally in rail, civils and engineering markets. AmcoGiffen are renowned in the market as a specialist civil, building, mechanical and electrical renewals and maintenance business with ongoing and successful projects and frameworks across the country, you will become part of our expert outfit.
