Job description

Corndel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Change & Transformation team and lead the delivery of Enablement Projects. This role plays a key part in driving improvements to critical processes and business capability across the organisation. The Project Manager will lead the delivery of process-driven change initiatives, many of which include technical or system dependencies, working closely with internal teams and subject-matter experts to deliver practical and sustainable change. Current projects include improvements to learner onboarding and the delivery of mandated changes to assessment processes across Corndel's apprenticeship provision. Further projects are expected to focus on additional areas of process improvement, operational efficiency, and business enablement.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Enablement Projects, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes are clearly defined and managed.
  • Take ownership of current projects, including learner onboarding improvements and assessment delivery changes.
  • Support the initiation and delivery of future process and capability improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, RAID logs, KPIs, and reporting in line with change governance.
  • Run effective governance routines, including project updates, steering sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage colleagues across all relevant functions, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, and decision-making.
  • Lead process discovery and redesign activities, identifying opportunities for simplification and improved experience.
  • Work closely with technical teams to manage system dependencies, requirements, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and propose clear mitigation strategies.
  • Assess business impacts, support readiness activities, and enable effective transition into business-as-usual.
  • Ensure project outcomes are clearly defined, measurable, and sustainably embedded within the organisation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience delivering process-focused change projects in commercial organisations.
  • Strong experience managing projects with technical or system dependencies, working with Product or Tech teams.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and governance capability.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and shape structure from evolving requirements.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience running workshops, process mapping, requirements gathering, and change planning.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting business readiness and impact assessments.
