Are you passionate about shaping the future of infrastructure, technology, and energy through project financing? ING is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Transaction Management (TM) team as an Associate.

This is a dynamic front-office role within ING’s Transaction Management team, where you’ll be at the centre of executing complex project finance transactions across Infrastructure, TMT, and Energy sectors. You’ll work closely with client-facing teams and deal principals to support origination efforts and take ownership of the execution process from structuring to closing.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Desirable

  • CFA qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with exposure to either Infrastructure, Energy or TMT sectors.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and deal execution processes
