Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer to join a busy customer service and project delivery environment supporting large-scale branding programmes.

As a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day project activity, working closely with project managers, customers and internal teams to ensure work is delivered to specification, on time, and within agreed budgets.

The Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across departments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured problem solving, collaboration, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex branding and re‑branding projects.

Duties

• Customer Requirements Coordination: Working with project managers to fully understand customer needs and project specifications
• Client Liaison: Managing day‑to‑day communication with customers to support service delivery and expectations
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinating with internal departments to support project delivery and customer experience
• Issue Management: Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating where appropriate
• Project Scoping: Using product and material knowledge to support installation and labour requirements
• Programme Support: Coordinating elements of complex programmes of work
• Problem Solving: Applying structured problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues effectively
• Project Tracking: Monitoring deliverables, budgets and deadlines and flagging discrepancies
• Sales Support: Identifying cross‑selling opportunities and passing leads to the sales team

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work across multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive and customer‑focused approach

Desirable

• Experience within a branding, graphics or visual communications environment
• Awareness of health and safety requirements
• Experience supporting complex or multi‑site projects
• Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team
