We're looking for a Project Control Manager to join our HPC team based in Bridgwater, Somerset. Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As our Project Control Manager, you'll balance precision with creativity while collaborating with diverse teams in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing robust project controls functions to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Leading the development and production of periodic reports, collaborating with project teams to review performance.
  • Managing integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 covering all project phases.
  • Monitoring cost performance against approved budgets while tracking variations and change orders.
  • Supporting schedule and cost risk identification while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • You have strong experience in Project Management or Project Controls within complex infrastructure or construction projects.
  • You possess excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • You're proficient with Primavera P6 and have experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can balance multiple priorities with grace under pressure.
  • You value building relationships while maintaining professional standards and accountability.
