Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive part-time project coordinator to support the execution of ongoing manufacturing and engineering projects. This is a remote-first role with a requirement to attend the office once a month for planning and coordination meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and status updates
  • Liaise with production, engineering, and procurement teams to track progress and flag delays
  • Facilitate virtual project meetings and maintain records of actions and decisions
  • Monitor workload distribution and support team members to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to process improvements for smoother project execution
  • Support compliance with client requirements and company procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Engineering or project management background is a plus (not mandatory)
