A growing local business in Marston is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to provide key support to Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and excellent organisation abilities. This full-time position offers a supportive team environment and immediate start, initially on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects.

  • Manage project-related administration.
  • Handle emails and telephone communications.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation.

Project Co-Ordinator - Grantham

Full Time | Monday to Friday | Temporary with potential to become Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing business near Grantham as a Project Co-Ordinator. Working as part of a supportive team of 4, you will provide key support to Project Managers on various site-based jobs.

Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects
  • Liaise with various stakeholders across the business and external partners

  • Handle emails and telephone communications
  • Organise and maintain project documentation
  • Assist in planning and scheduling of project activities

Working Hours
