The Project Assistant will provide crucial support to Project Managers, helping to ensure the successful delivery of client programs and internal initiatives. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands‑on project management experience, with exposure to software technology and retail IT projects. You will act as a key point of coordination across multiple projects, supporting both external client programs and internal initiatives. This includes managing project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating communications, and ensuring deadlines are met. In addition, the Project Assistant will take ownership of specific internal initiatives, driving activities such as process improvements, operational projects, and other business‑wide programs. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
