A growing renewable energy company in Norwich seeks a detail-driven Project Administrator to join their solar projects team. You'll manage compliance paperwork, coordinate logistics, and assist with invoicing and social media. Ideal candidates have a background in administration, are detail-oriented, and confident with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. This part-time role can transition to full-time during busy periods.

  • Submitting MCS & SEG paperwork.
  • Managing document control in SharePoint / QMS.
  • Tracking warranties, CRM notes & project milestones.
  • Raising invoices & monitoring payments.
  • Booking surveys, scaffolders & deliveries.
  • Preparing project handover packs.
  • Supporting continual improvements across documentation.
  • Assisting with website updates & social media activity.

Looking to bring your organisational skills into the fast-growing renewable energy sector? We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven Project Administrator to join our solar projects team.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly – from managing compliance paperwork and updating systems to coordinating surveys, scaffolders, and deliveries. You’ll also get involved in invoicing, warranty tracking, and supporting our website and social media presence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Submitting MCS & SEG paperwork

  • Managing document control in SharePoint / QMS

  • Tracking warranties, CRM notes & project milestones

  • Raising invoices & monitoring payments

  • Booking surveys, scaffolders & deliveries

  • Preparing project handover packs

What we’re looking for:

This is a part-time role (09:00–13:00, 4 days per week) to start, with the potential to move to five days a week during busy periods.
