About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys supporting projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will play a key role in supporting project managers and wider teams by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
  • Coordinate project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Maintain accurate project records and update internal systems
  • Monitor deadlines and assist with project tracking
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Support procurement and invoicing processes where required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
