A leading global consultancy in Leeds is seeking a Programme Manager to deliver complex water sector programmes. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive innovative community-focused solutions. This role can be based from either our Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, or Warrington office, with hybrid working allowing for a mix of in-office and home-working. Our offices are located conveniently near main public transport links.
As a Programme Manager within Stantec, you will work with clients and internal teams to define, develop, and deliver complex water sector programmes. You will apply programme management processes to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while realising their benefits.
You will develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, providing leadership, guidance, and constructive challenge. Sharing best practices and acting as a trusted advisor will be key aspects of your role.
You will also be involved in strategic support during early project stages, driving lean solutions for performance and affordability, and creating and optimizing plans.
Working in complex environments, your success will depend on your ability to collaborate with clients and engage stakeholders at all levels.
