Programme Manager/RTE (Software Licensing)

We are looking for a delivery focused Programme Manager/RTE, ideally based in Barcelona or Warsaw, to join our clients on an initial 6 month contract basis.

The Programme Manager/RTE will need to have recent experience of managing Software License life cycles, ensuring compliance, handling vendor negotiations, driving adoption and aligning tech with business goals. In addition to a strong focus on execution, flow, and coordination across multiple teams — facilitating the Agile Release Train, PI Planning leadership, Programme execution & delivery, dependency & stakeholder management, continuous improvement and governance & reporting.

The successful candidate will be confident in navigating technical programmes within a large organisation. Someone who is more than capable of liaising with both technical teams, Executive Stakeholders and deep diving with Project Managers around delivery.

  • Advantageous: Agile, SAFe, Prince2

Duration: 6 months initially
Location: Remote from Barcelona/Warsaw, with travel if required by the client
Rate: €550 per day
