In this role, you will own and manage the delivery of some very exciting client engagements, lead pre‑sales activities/proposals and be responsible for delivering our portfolio of technology solutions, whilst maintaining deep executive‑level client relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategic vision for the program management of Microsoft enabled Transformation programs, aligning with the company’s objectives and market trends
• Lead the planning and execution of delivery plans, ensuring that projects are prioritised and aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategies and industry best practices
• Oversee the management of multiple, concurrent projects across diverse teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Implement best practices in program and project management, including Agile methodologies, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and drive the quality agenda
• Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring seamless communication across all parties
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and client engagement strategies
• Lead the adoption of new Microsoft products and features, ensuring that the organization leverages the full potential of these technologies
• Be accountable for the commercials and risk metrics for a portfolio of programs

Qualifications

• Excellence in consulting skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to business executives. Previous experience in a large consulting organisation is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise solutions
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Experience doing application migrations including target selection, infrastructure sizing and costing, and familiarity with leading migration tools present in the market
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
• Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on results
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and develop excellent client relationships
