We are seeking a data-driven Program Manager to join our Amazon Fresh Private Brands team. This role sits in the Launch Commercialization team and will focus on launch operations, reporting analytics, and process optimization while supporting critical business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Amazon Fresh Private Brands is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Program Manager with a strong customer focus to drive process improvement and data integrity. You will work with internal channel stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, packaging, design and finance.
The successful candidate must be able to work in an ambiguous but collegial environment where teamwork across functions is critical. You will have a high degree of ownership and integrity, be an independent self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive.
