A leading global payroll provider is seeking a Program Director in Staines, UK (Hybrid) to drive the transformation of the ESI Product Development organization to an outcome-based model. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical program/project management using Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in an Agile Lifecycle Management tool.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the outcome-based team model across ESI.
• Build stakeholder relationships to engage the Business/Product team.
• Monitor and report Program status and risks.
