Overview

Program Delivery Lead – Hertford. Permanent, Full-Time (Core hours: 08:00-17:00). £42,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the Administration team to ensure the successful delivery ofreactivemaintenance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) programs
  • Attend weekly client meetings alongside the Maintenance Manager
  • Serve as the primary contact for client queries and internal communications
  • Manage and develop the Administration team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Coordinate internal responses to client issues, ensuring resolution
  • Lead the complaints process from start to finish
  • Monitor adherence to policies around resident access and appointment booking
  • Contribute insights to monthly board reports
  • Maintain accurate compliance data and Power BI dashboards
  • Follow company policies and complete relevant training
  • Participate in investigations and disciplinary processes as needed
