Production Trainee -£23,802.64 + Bonus – Tonbridge, Kent

The Role

You will learn how to support the manufacture of precision micro‑patterns used in optical components. Working within our Electroforming Department in Tonbridge, you will be guided every step of the way, gaining skills that are rare and highly valued.

You will carry out practical tasks such as cleaning, preparation, electro‑plating, and quality checking. The work is detailed and hands‑on. We will teach you how to do everything – all we ask is enthusiasm, a steady approach and the willingness to listen and learn.
