Our client is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, maintaining, and operating production machinery to ensure consistent high-quality output. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent fault‑finding ability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, operate, and maintain production machines to manufacture quality components.
• Carry out daily and weekly maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Work closely with production staff to resolve technical and machine‑setting issues.
• Perform effective fault‑finding and root cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Provide constructive feedback to the maintenance team and factory management regarding production concerns.
• Ensure a safe and tidy working environment at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Experience
