We’re now looking for a hands‑on, highly organised Battery Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations at our EV battery facility. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily production activities including battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture and shipping.
• Ensure all work meets strict safety, quality and OEM standards.
• Manage resources, inventory, tooling and consumables to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Mentor and train a team of battery technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with H&S and engineering teams to implement best practices and develop new processes.
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking against KPIs.
• Liaise with customers to provide technical updates and progress reports.
