A leading defense technology organization is looking for a Production Quality Engineer in the Reading/Basingstoke area. In this role, you will ensure quality representation at all stages of production, providing technical guidance and support. You will work on various quality activities, including process improvement and problem resolution, with ample opportunities for professional development. Qualifications

  • Good understanding of configuration and change management techniques.
  • Experience and understanding of First Principles and CMM Inspection techniques.
  • Understanding of improvement techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Quality representation at all stages of programs and projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and customer support for deliverables.
  • Attend design and stakeholder meetings to ensure Quality is represented.
  • Coordinate inspection activities and apply quality techniques.
