  • Monitor co-packer capacity and proactively adjust plans to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal supply chain teams and partners.

The Planner is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and optimizing all production & co‑packing activities to ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and to the required quality standards.

Day to Day
  • Production Planning: Develop and maintain detailed co‑packing schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
  • Capacity Management: Monitor co‑packer capacity and proactively adjust plans to avoid bottlenecks or downtime.
  • Material Coordination: Ensure all components (packaging, raw materials, labels) are available and delivered to co‑packers on time.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal supply chain teams, procurement, quality, and external partners.
  • Order Management: Create, track, and manage co‑packing work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, yield, waste, and adherence to schedule; elevate risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production delays, material shortages, or quality concerns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
What will you bring?
