Responsibilities
  • Start up, shut down, clean, and monitor equipment
  • Perform basic changeovers, minor repairs, checks, and inspections
  • Use ancillary equipment and computer systems to keep things running smoothly
  • Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to hit production targets
  • Take accountability for multiple machines and processes
  • Escalate issues quickly and provide clear handovers
  • Use your knowledge to carry out mechanical repairs when needed
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience – essential for success in this role
  • Communication skills – fluent English, both written & spoken
  • Tech proficiency – comfortable with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
  • Safety & quality mindset – a strong eye for detail and standards
  • Team player – collaborative, proactive, and supportive of colleagues
