Job description

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of engineered precast in the world.
They are looking for highly motivated Production Operators to join their Welshpool, WA site.

Our client is looking for expressions of interest for someone to start in Janurary 2026,
On Offer is:

The Role:

• Assisting in the manufacturing process
• Creating railway train track sleepers, Concrete Patching
• Transporting, Flipping concrete by using Gantry Crane
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling and squatting required
• General labouring duties - Use of power tools, clearing & lifting with occasional forklift duties (for staff with ticket)

To apply you will need:

• Previous experience as a Production Operator / Labourer. You will need to be safety conscious, physically fit and capable of completing manual tasks.
• White Card (essential)
• Reliable and with high attention to detail
• Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
• An attitude of "Safety First" backed up by solid experience delivering safe and reliable work
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical check which includes drug and alcohol screening
