Production Operator – East Kent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturer in East Kent. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a seven-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

    The role:

    You will be responsible for the daily coordination of manufacturing activities. This includes setting up, operating, controlling, monitoring, and cleaning a range of process equipment to ensure high-quality finished goods. You'll also maintain GMP, complete production documentation accurately, manage stock levels, and carry out planned maintenance and troubleshooting.

    About you:
    • Previous manufacturing or production experience
    • Experience in a regulated environment
    • Knowledge of GMP
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • Good communication skills
    • Proactive and flexible approach
