Dunkeswell (Honiton Area, Devon, EX14) | £13.50 - £27 per hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Onsite Role

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to join a friendly, fast-paced production team? We're hiring Production Operatives / Packers for a well-established manufacturing site in Dunkeswell, just outside Honiton, Devon.

About the Role

As a Production Operative / Packer, you'll support key functions on the production line - from packing and assembly to machine operation. This role is hands-on and varied, with full training provided for the right candidates.

You'll be working 4 days per week (Monday to Friday) on a rotating day off, allowing for a great work-life balance and consistent hours.

Key Details

• Hours: 6am - 4:00pm (38 hours per week plus overtime).
• Shifts: Monday - Friday (with one day off on rota).
• Pay:
  • Basic rate: £13.50 per hour.
  • Overtime: £20.25 per hour (after 38 hours).
  • Sunday rate: £27 per hour.

Contract Type: Temporary-to-Permanent.

Location: Dunkeswell, EX14 (Must have own transport due to rural location).
