Location: Aylesbury

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a 13‑week temporary booking, with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Sunday)

Two shift patterns available:

• 6am-14:30
• 14:30-23:00

Shifts run on a rotating 5‑day‑per‑week schedule.

Weekend Pay: Saturday and Sunday paid at 1.5×

Overtime: Paid at 1.5× after 37.5 hours per week

This role involves working on production lines, operating machinery, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Applicants must have at least 1 year of production experience, ideally with machine operating knowledge. The work may involve some heavy lifting and standing for long periods, so good physical fitness is essential.
