Job Role: Production Operative – Rotating Day Shift

Start Dates: January 2026 Starts

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Location: Oldham

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts 6:30am – 2:30pm & 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Our well-established manufacturing client based in Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their busy production team. This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with immediate starts available and future start dates from January 2026 for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating within a fast-paced production environment
  • Packing finished products in line with company standards
  • Handling and preparing raw materials for production
  • Feeding products through industrial production machinery
  • Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Palletising finished goods for storage and dispatch
  • Completing production and quality documentation accurately
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or factory environments
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and meeting production targets
  • Good attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work rotating shifts

Following the successful completion of a probationary period, there are excellent opportunities for progression into other production and manufacturing roles within the business.
