Qualifications

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on production work.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or factory roles is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of food ingredient bags (up to 25kg, repetitive lifting).
• Operating large industrial mixing machinery.
• Completing production and quality paperwork.
• Maintaining a high standard of factory cleanliness.
• Adhering to food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Wearing required PPE, including masks.
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (advantageous but not essential).
