Job summary

The role offers Monday to Friday hours from 08:00 to 18:00 with a pay rate of £12.30.

Role

As a Production Operative, you\'ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Pack and label finished products accurately
  • Report any issues or faults to the team leader
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
