Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a production operatives for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent position.

This will be working day shift only Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Operate woodworking machinery and equipment to shape, cut, and finish wooden components.
  • Assemble wooden parts according to design specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Apply finishes, coatings, or treatments to enhance the appearance and durability of wood products.
  • Properly package finished goods for shipping, preventing damage during transit.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and address challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.
