Our client is the UK's leading manufacturer and installer of high quality enclosures for mechanical plant, heat pumps and equipment, we are now recruiting for production operatives to join a friendly team to help meet production targets and grow as part of the team.

Working pattern is typically Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 hrs, pay rate is £13.76 per hour.

Requirements of the Production Operative:
  • Follow drawings and instructions to cut and measure materials for assembly and installations
  • Use handtools and power tools safely accurately to produce components
  • Work collaboratively with the Production manager and production team to meet deadlines for production targets
  • Follow health and safety protocol in the workshop at all times and report/take action to maintain a safe environment.
  • Must have previous experience of workshop/sheet metal production
Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure that products are finished and assembled to exact specifications
  • Operate tools and machinery safely to ensure that health and safety protocol is followed
  • Hard working with a can-do attitude
