We’re seeking hardworking Production Operatives to join a fast‑moving manufacturing environment in Tewkesbury. If you’re reliable, enjoy hands‑on work, and want a long‑term opportunity, this role is ideal for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work on production lines to support daily manufacturing output.
• Load, pack, and move products safely.
• Follow quality control processes and check finished goods.
• Complete general warehouse or production duties as required.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
• Work flexibly across early and late shifts based on production needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential.
• Ability to commit to both shift patterns.
• A good level of physical fitness.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Reliability and strong timekeeping.

Shift Pattern

Weekdays: 06:00 & 14:00 starts

Saturday: 06:00 start

Shift pattern varies and does not follow fixed early/late weekly rotations.
