Responsibilities

• Weighing and bagging glass powder into 25kg bags and palatalising customer orders.
• Grinding raw materials via ball mills and sieving ground products.
• Sampling finished products for internal testing, completing associated paperwork.
• Working at high temperatures when glass manufacturing
• Processing finished materials for dispatch to customers

Qualifications and requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous production experience, ideally in a glass, chemical or steel industry.
• Be physically fit due to the nature of the role and looking for a long term opportunity.
• A valid counterbalance licence would be advantageous.
