Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG

Pay: £26,665.60 at £12.82 / hour to £29,328.00 at £14.10 / hour

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours / week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Pay & Overtime

• Starting Rate: £12.82 / hour
• Progression Rate: Up to £14.10 / hour as you become multi-skilled
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half
• £19.23 / hour (based on starting rate)
• £21.15 / hour (once fully multi-skilled)
