Bridgwater | £15.37 per hour (once trained) | Night Shifts | Sunday - Thursday | Temporary to Permanent

Key Details

• Temporary to permanent position.
• Initial training on rotating shifts (Monday - Friday):
• 6am - 2:15pm.
• 2pm - 10:15pm.
• Training pay: £12.60 per hour.
• Permanent night shift (once trained):
• Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6:15am.
• Night shift pay: £15.37 per hour.

Key Duties

• Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
• Monitoring and topping up material levels.
• Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
• Performing regular quality control checks.
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
• Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.

Requirements

• Previous production or factory experience desirable.
• Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
