As a Production Manager – Load-out, you will be responsible for developing a world-class manufacturing environment and fostering a positive company culture to support our strategic growth plan.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a medium-sized manufacturing unit with a budget of approximately 5 million.
• Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency, including Service Shops.
• Engaging and communicating effectively with the workforce to deliver the business plan in support of the Plant Manager.
• Managing operations to meet targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and enabling functions for technical and organizational alignment.
• Promoting continuous business improvement based on benchmarks and standards.
• Utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to deliver products and services.
• Handling complex manufacturing processes with customization to client needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Significant experience in Operations and Budget Management.
• A proven track record of performance improvement through managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and executing programs.
