Job Summary

The position is Monday to Friday, currently working 2 pm to 11 pm. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, making recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency and service.
  • Collaborate with engineering, service and logistics teams to enhance site performance and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Manage production planning to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of customer commitments.
  • Contribute to budget development, cost control and long‑term strategic planning alongside the GM.
  • Maintain exacting standards for quality and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, lean production/supply‑chain environment.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and recognising outstanding performance.
  • Communicate effectively, giving clear direction and ensuring consistent, fair performance management.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager with sound commercial and financial acumen.
  • Operational expertise in ensuring efficient site operation.
  • Strong analytical skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience is an advantage.
  • Experience managing a fast‑paced production or supply‑chain environment.
  • Degree education preferred and a commitment to continued personal and professional development.
