A growing international organisation in Tees Valley seeks an experienced Production Manager. You will monitor KPIs, manage production planning, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in a fast-paced production environment and sound commercial acumen. Emphasis is placed on innovation and personal development as the company aims to drive growth in the UK service industry and maintain high performance standards. Competitive candidates will have a degree and Lean/Six Sigma experience.

This is an excellent platform from which to drive the business forward and to identify future talent for the role of Operations Manager. The position is Monday to Friday, currently working 2 pm to 11 pm.
