As Production Manager, you'll lead a skilled, multi-functional team and take ownership of daily production and fulfilment operations. You\'ll be instrumental in improving processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day production operations to consistently meet output targets, deadlines, and quality standards
• Managing, developing, and inspiring a multi-skilled production team
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborating with planning, warehouse, customer service, and other departments for smooth operational flow
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs including output, quality, and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and operational procedures
• Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
• Troubleshooting production challenges and delivering timely solutions
