Job Summary

Great opportunity to work as a Production Line Leader for our client's logistics food site. Staffline is recruiting Production Line Leaders in Coalville. Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates. The rate of pay is £14.21 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday. The hours of work are 6am to 2pm.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Line Leader your duties include:

• Ensuring that the Production Line maximizes the utilization of time, labour and equipment
• Reporting and communicating effectively all issues affecting production
• Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets

Please note this is an active role, where you will be supporting staff on the line.

Qualifications

Applicants will have previous experience as a line leader and have basic knowledge about food hygiene.
