We’re looking for a Production Planner to join a design-led consumer brand whose products are loved by leading retailers worldwide. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of production, working with an international supplier network to ensure everything runs smoothly, is manufactured on time, and to the highest standard. What you’ll be doing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers.
  • Keep production on track, ensuring all orders hit critical path deadlines.
  • Lead weekly calls with key factories, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
  • Spot capacity challenges and collaborate across teams to find solutions.
  • Run internal project meetings for key accounts, keeping everything on track.
  • Visit suppliers and factories as required.
  • Work closely with the supply chain, buying, and merchandising teams to align on capacity planning and delivery schedules.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including packaging waste tracking.
  • Manage sample timelines, supplier onboarding, and factory audits.
  • Keep internal systems accurate and up to date with production information.
  • Provide reporting and updates to the wider team.
What we’re looking for
  • Solid experience in production planning, production coordination, product management or
  • Experience and confidence working with international suppliers.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building collaborative relationships.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do mindset.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • An interest in sustainability and ethical business practices.
