A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a Production Associate to join their team in Glenrothes, Scotland. The position requires a technical background and offers on-the-job training. Glenrothes or Livingston site options (role only on-site due to production work)
Start: Mon 13th October 2025
Shifts: Day and Night Shift options available (please state preference during the application stage)
Training: On-the-job training at our in-house training school for the first 5 weeks
Interview assessments will be held at Glenrothes site (usually 3-4 hours, Mon to Thu). Successful candidates will need to provide availability for Mon to Thu interviews if selected for the screening stage. Interviews are planned for August/September and are subject to team availability. Assessments do not take place on a Friday.

This role is on-site, in a factory/lab/manufacturing cell environment using a range of electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and a microscope.
This role requires passing assessments during the interview day (Eye Test including colour blindness test; skills test with health & safety guidance; interview).
Essential requirement: pass all assessments highlighted above on the day.
