Job Summary

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in (Henderson, CO).

  • Operate manual and automated production equipment to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and care on machines and equipment
  • Maintain clean, orderly work areas and document production activities
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a safe workplace
  • Collaborate with team members and support staff to identify and correct equipment issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve processes and skills
Responsibilities

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to follow standard work instructions
  • Ability to use hand tools and measurement tools effectively

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
