Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a New Business Sales professional to spearhead the sales of an innovative SaaS solution in the commercial property sector. The ideal candidate will have previous SaaS sales experience, particularly within Commercial Real Estate and a strong network in the Facilities Management industry. This is a home-based role, with required customer meetings in London 3-4 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years SaaS Sales experience in New Business.
  • Experience dealing with Commercial Real Estate, Housing Associations and Property Developers.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the FM/Building Management space.

PropTech/Facilities Management Solutions

Location: London/Home Counties

Our client is an award-winning UK-based provider of market-leading software for Commercial Real Estate, Housing Associations and Property Developers. They are growing and selling an innovative new SaaS solution into the Facilities Management and Property market. They seek a commercially savvy New Business hunter to be the first sales presence selling the new product, acting as the right-hand person to the MD, to sell their innovative new solution into a market that is embracing technology. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into Commercial Real Estate, Housing Associations and Property Developers, with an excellent track record of winning new business and generating revenue across SaaS/Technology. Ideally, you will have strong knowledge within the London FM/Building Management scene, and an extensive network of contacts within the space. The role is home-based, with the London territory; you will be meeting customers 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first sales presence for the new product, working with the MD to sell the solution.
  • Sell into Commercial Real Estate, Housing Associations and Property Developers.
  • Generate revenue across SaaS/Technology and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Leverage a strong network in the FM/Building Management space to win new business.
  • Operate in a home-based role with a London-focused territory; meet customers 3-4 days per week.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years SaaS Sales experience in New Business
  • Experience dealing with Commercial Real Estate, Housing Associations and Property Developers
  • Extensive network of contacts in the FM/Building Management space and industry knowledge
  • Happy to commute into London 2-3 days per week
