Job summary

Job description

Do you have supply chain, planning, inventory management or operational experience and are looking for a Product Planner role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an inspirational and innovative environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth flow of products through the supply chain.

You will be managing stock enquiries, coordinating inbound shipments with warehouse operations and freight partners, ensuring products arrive on time to meet customer delivery requirements.

You’ll be:

  • The primary point of contact for stock availability
  • Liaising daily with freight forwarders and the warehouse team to manage inbound shipments
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are manufactured, shipped and received within required timelines
  • Escalating risks to product availability promptly and proposing mitigation actions
  • Reviewing stock count and cycle count results
  • Investigating stock discrepancies
  • Utilising and monitoring unallocated stock to support operational needs
  • Checking, logging and approving supplier invoices

You’ll have planning, supply chain or inventory management experience along with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and vlookups).

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage, as would a CIPS qualification or if you were studying towards it.

This is a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where strong accuracy and attention to detail is important.
