Qualifications

  • Expert CRM domain knowledge anchored on Salesforce with proven implementation experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Configure, Price, Quote platforms and ordering systems.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, analytics, and digital signature tools.
  • Ability to manage demand processes partnering with IT for successful delivery.
  • Skilled in process mapping and design thinking to optimize global sales processes.
  • Track record of embedding consistent CRM processes globally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end strategy and configuration of CPQ and ordering platforms.
  • Drive interoperability across the sales technology ecosystem.
  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap.
  • Provide direction to Agile development teams and manage backlog.
  • Partner with various teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
  • Contribute to the optimization of global sales processes.
  • Lead change initiatives for new processes and tools.
