A leading cruise company in Southampton is seeking a Product Owner for Events & Venue Management systems. The ideal candidate will own product delivery within events, oversee scheduling systems, and drive digital system implementations. Proven experience in Agile processes and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring some travel across the fleet. Carnival UK is in search of a Product Owner (Events & Venue Management systems), who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high‑performing team. Your responsibilities will include :
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full‑time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Please note Travel across our fleet will be required for an estimated total of 10 weeks annually, scheduled intermittently.
Additionally, due to the festive period, we will be reviewing applications in January 2026.
