Product Owner - Digital - FTC 12 months - Hybrid Working 1-2 days in Birmingham City Centre - Financial Services - circa £60-65,000 plus a superb benefits package

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to own and prioritise our product backlog, working in a fast‑paced agile environment. You’ll be responsible for managing the backlog in JIRA, running agile ceremonies, and delivering against the product roadmap whilst balancing competing priorities. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll translate requirements into user stories, make data‑driven decisions about what gets built next, and bridge the gap between business needs and development delivery.

You’ll bring solid experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of delivering value through structured backlog management. Hands‑on JIRA experience is essential, and ideally you’ll have worked in financial services where you’ve navigated compliance, regulations, and complex stakeholder landscapes. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, pragmatic in your approach, and know when to push back and when to compromise.
