We’re seeking a motivated Product Owner with strong knowledge of vehicle thermal systems, HVAC, climate control, or thermo-fluid systems to support the development of next-generation automotive climate technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge engineering detail with clear, structured product requirements in a fast-moving automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for climate/thermal-system features.
• Translate technical thermal-system problems into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, programme and service teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate delivery risk, timing changes, and trade-offs effectively.
• Drive disciplined task ownership, delivery follow‑through, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of vehicle thermal systems, HVAC, refrigeration, or climate control.
• Ability to define and communicate requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Confident stakeholder communicator with solid problem-solving ability.
• Experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments beneficial.
